Jamie Burns is the owner and founder of Muskoka Cup Co.™, based in Parry Sound, Ontario. Growing up in Muskoka, Jamie developed a deep appreciation for cottage country, its waterways, and the memories made on the lake. After graduating from McMaster University's Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program, she combined her passion for health, environmental stewardship, and entrepreneurship to create products inspired by the region she calls home.

The inspiration behind Cottage Clean™ came from a desire to create a product that is not only effective, but also gentle on both people and the environment. As someone with sensitive skin, Jamie wanted a dish soap that would leave hands feeling soft rather than dry and irritated, while also protecting the lakes and waterways that make cottage country so special.

What Jamie enjoys most about manufacturing is the opportunity to bring an idea to life and create products that people can use and enjoy every day.
