Step into the world of Daymaker Coffee Roasters, an Ontario-based coffee manufacturer that goes beyond simply brewing coffee. Founded in 2022, Daymaker embodies the values of passion, community, and social responsibility. They strive to make a positive impact on the lives of people with Down syndrome in their community and across Canada through financial contributions, partnerships, and awareness building.

A Fusion of Flavour and Purpose

At the heart of Daymaker lies the story of its founder, Oliver whose journey into the world of coffee began with a profound passion for tasting and savouring flavours. Having spent over two decades immersed in the art of chocolate-making and wine appreciation, Oliver developed a deep understanding of sensory experiences.

It was this love for savouring life's moments that led to the creation of Daymaker Coffee. Inspired by the joy of sharing and the desire to create tangible experiences, the idea of crafting exceptional coffee took root.

Commitment to Quality, Sustainability, and Community

From sourcing the finest beans to roasting them to perfection in a commercial facility, every step is taken with meticulous care. The result? A coffee that tantalizes the senses with its rich, full-bodied flavour—a true delight for coffee connoisseurs.

But Daymaker's dedication extends beyond the cup. With a strong ethos of environmental responsibility, the company opts for biodegradable packaging sourced from a manufacturer in Hamilton. This commitment to sustainability isn't just about reducing environmental impact; it's about supporting local communities and businesses.

A Purposeful Blend: Giving Back to the Community

Central to Daymaker Coffee's mission is a desire to make a difference.

Through a partnership with the Canadian Down Syndrome Society, Daymaker introduced the 21 Reasons: Extra Special Blend. 25% of the sales from this blend are donated to the Canadian Down Syndrome Society. What makes this product even more special is its inclusive development process.

Daymaker invited a group of coffee loving adults with Down syndrome to taste and select their favourite blend, which became the final product. This approach ensured that every cup embodies the values of inclusivity and empowerment.

Even more, 3.21% of sales from all Daymaker blends are donated to support people with down syndrome. Why 3.21%? People with Down syndrome have three copies of their 21st chromosome, which contributes to their uniqueness.

Spreading Joy, One Sip at a Time

Embodying the spirit of positivity and community, Daymaker doesn’t just create exceptional coffee – it spreads joy with every sip. With each cup of Daymaker Coffee, you're not just starting your day; you're making someone else's a little brighter too.
