Adamson Systems Engineering: Built in Ontario, Heard Around the World

Built with pride and passion since 1983 - Adamson Systems Engineering builds professional sound systems that provide unparalleled sonic performance, power, and vocal intelligibility. Adamson designs, develops, and manufactures innovative and technologically advanced loudspeakers that are installed in some of the world’s most prestigious venues, and are a mainstay in global tours and festivals for artists like Drake and the Who.

All products are built at their factory in Port Perry, Ontario, where their teams work from research, design and development through production and applications support. With more than 100 highly skilled craftsmen and women in disciplines ranging from the design and development through production, Adamson is one the largest employers in Scugog Township.

Adamson sets themselves apart through their insistence on building absolutely everything in-house. Their vertical integration of design and productions has allowed Adamson to cement their position as an industry driver.

Adamson Systems Engineering 75,000 ft2 custom-designed manufacturing facility sees raw materials – from marine grade birch plywood, to aircraft grade aluminum and steel -- transformed into components and finished products that ship around the world. Under the same roof, Adamson’s research and development teams are among the world leaders in acoustic technology, designing electronics and software solutions that are redefining the industry.

“For more than 35 years, Adamson Systems Engineering has been building loudspeakers without compromise. While others went overseas, we invested in Ontario and we are proud to represent our community and our country on the global stage. We’re usually the loudest ones on it.”
