Cuts: All Steaks will be individually cut ranging - 1” 1/4 to 1” 3/4"
All Roasts will be individually cut ranging - 3-5lb
1/4, 1/2 or Whole Beef Orders gets the exact same cuts, only difference is quantity!
Ground Beef will be split 50/50- 50% will be made into 6oz patties - 50% will remain as ground beef in 1.5lb vacuum packages

All cuts will be frozen, individually cut and vacuum packed ready to serve!
High-Quality Beef wet-aged for 3 - 4 weeks
