Our Late Summer–Fall Honey comes from the final nectar flows of the season, when goldenrod, asters, and late wildflowers bloom. This honey is darker in color with a richer, more robust flavor and deeper caramel notes.
Its bold taste pairs beautifully with tea, warm oatmeal, baking, and savory dishes like marinades or cheese boards.
Like all of our honey, it is harvested in small batches and bottled raw and unpasteurized, capturing the full character of the season and the landscape around our hives.
