Our Early Summer Honey is harvested during the first major nectar flow of the season, when wildflowers, clover, and early blooms are at their peak. This honey is typically light in color with a delicate, floral flavor and smooth sweetness.

Its mild taste makes it perfect for everyday use — stirring into tea or coffee, drizzling over yogurt or toast, or adding a natural sweetness to baking.

Harvested in small batches from our hives in the fields and wildflowers south of Ottawa, this honey is pure, raw, and unpasteurized, just as the bees made it.
