Amethyst Spirit
Amethyst is a neutral spirit, similar to vodka, crafted in small batches of less than 100 litres. It is triple distilled and then carefully filtered through both activated carbon and raw Ontario Amethyst which we get from The Amethyst Mine Panorama just outside of Thunder Bay.
The process is time consuming but we think you'll agree the proof is the taste. Crisp, clean perfection.
