Apple Brandy
This aged version of our bronze medal Cider Eau-de-vie has spent one whole year maturing in a 110L Canadian Oak cask. With blossoming notes of apple, oak, and caramel, our brandy is a beautiful tribute to the local apples from which it is crafted. The medium warmth and woodiness is sure to transport you directly to a campfire on a crisp day.
This rare, limited release may not be back again until Fall 2025, at the earliest!
