Our bagels are anything but ordinary. They look like a bagel, but taste like a pretzel, with hints of salt with every bite. Freshly baked every day using only ingredients you can pronounce.
Ingredients: 10% Spent barley grains, Unbleached untreated all purpose flour, Unbleached untreated bread flour, Water, Sugar, Olive oil, Salt, Yeast, Diastatic malt powder.
Available individually or in packs of 4.
Shelf life: 2 days in a bag at room temperature. Freeze up to 3 months.
