Berbère is the spicy traditional Ethiopian seasoning for lentils & is excellent for flavoring meats as a dry rub or make into a curry paste. Great as a seasoning for vegetables, whole grains, sauces or stews. This hot & delicious blend is created from over a dozen organic spices including Chilis, Paprika, Ginger Root, Ajwain, Cardamom, Fenugreek, Coriander, Pepper, Turmeric, Nutmeg and spices.
