Blueberry Lavender Jam
Our most popular and bestselling jam to date, this is a lovely concoction of blueberries married with the delicious but subtle addition of lavender flowers, topped off by a touch of lemon.
Scrumptious as a jam on toast, scones and other breads, it is also lovely as a filling for cakes and cookies, and is also recommended to pair with charcuterie and cheese boards. Try it on baked brie!
Ingredients: Blueberries, sugar, lavender, concentrated lemon juice.
Vegan, gluten-free.
Made without added pectin or large quantities of sugar. Can be kept 12+ months if unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4-6 weeks.
