Carrot shredded

Raw material - Raw carrots (Ontario grown (90%), Out of province grown carrots (5%), Out of Canada grown carrots (5%).
The raw carrots are washed and passed through a peeling equipment (Lyco peeler), manually inspected, rinsed with a sanitizing solution, shredded through a mechanical shredder, and passed through a metal detector then weight and packed as per customer requirement. The product is sold to baking industry who further process it.
