Cavatina
Cavatina is the product of Foch grapes, fortified with Canadian spirits, and sweetened with the juice of iced Foch grapes. Barrel aged for 6 years, the result is a slightly sweet, rich, Port-style wine. Cavatina's distinct taste of sun-dried fruit and nutty flavours pairs exceptionally well with dark chocolate and cheese.
