Chaga Chai Kombucha
A gift from nature and culture. We specially ferment this kombucha with a traditional blend of chai spices and sustainably harvested Canadian chaga – also known as the mushroom of longevity.
Our authentic kombucha is first fermented in oak wine barrels repurposed from an Ontario winery. We then combine this unique blend of tea and botanicals, organic fairtrade cane sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) we have nurtured for many years. We do NOT force carbonate and there are no additives or preservatives. A final fermentation in the bottle creates natural carbonation, preserves the health benefits of fermentation and makes every batch of Collingwood Kombucha wildly unique.
