Chain Lube CL-1000 HF

Chain Lube 1000 HF was developed to meet the extreme lubrication demands of industry. This product acts as a lubricant, penetrant, and cleaner that reaches all links, pins, and moving parts of a conveyor chain. Chain Lube 1000 HF contains a unique blend of extreme pressure lubricating agents, which greatly reduce chain wear and drive power consumption, leading to increased chain life. In addition to these extreme pressure agents, Chain Lube 1000 HF contains molybdenum disulfide, which deposits as a dry film coating on all metal surfaces. The molybdenum disulfide provides excellent anti-wear properties and prevents metal to metal contact. Chain Lube 1000 HF has high corrosion protection, acid atmosphere resistance, and water-displacing properties, enabling it to be used in the most severe and demanding industrial applications.
Chain Lube 1000 HF can be used in applications where temperatures can range from ambient up to 315 °C (600 °F).
Chain Lube 1000 HF was specifically formulated to be applied by ALT’s automated lubrication systems.
