Chamomile Lavender Kombucha
Infused with a delicate and fragrant blend of chamomile, lavender and lemon balm, this calming blend is sure to become your favourite bubbly beverage!
Our authentic kombucha is first fermented in oak wine barrels repurposed from an Ontario winery. We combine organic oolong tea, organic fairtrade cane sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) we have nurtured for many years. It is then moved into a secondary fermentation where we add organic and local chamomile, lavender and lemon balm. We do NOT force carbonate and there are no additives or preservatives. A final fermentation in the bottle creates natural carbonation, preserves the health benefits of fermentation and makes every batch of Collingwood Kombucha wildly unique.
