Chipotle Madness hot sauce

Chipotle Madness is a naturally fermented hot sauce (like our other sauces) that marries our Hot Smokey Chipotle powder with Ontario onions and garlic.  This heavenly match makes a spicy, savoury sauce with a deep smoke flavour. It's so delicious, you'll be tempted to drink it right from the bottle!

Chipotle Madness is fantastic on any kind of grilled or braised meat -beef, pork, chicken or fish (especially salmon or rainbow trout). Mix it with mayonnaise to make an awesome condiment for tacos, veggie dips and fish.
