Croissants

Tradition produces a wide range of bulk frozen croissants, ready for baking! Varieties include a traditional plain croissant which can also be glazed or filled or flavoured or duo colored, or some combination thereof. Sizing ranges from a 1oz mini to a jumbo 4oz, with some larger sizes available in a round, pinched shape. Freezer-to-oven (place and bake) technology is also available for some varieties.
