Darkwater Gin
Part of the “Darkwater” Series which is inspired by the elegant and dangerous waters of Lake Huron. In respect to the past, present, and future of Georgian Bay we have created Darkwater Gin. Using an organic Ontario grain base, only the finest botanicals, and local organic apples, this uniquely coloured infused concoction is delicious in a cocktail or just plain on the rocks.
