Dead Elephant India Pale Ale
Dead Elephant Ale is a full bodied golden pale ale that pours with a linen white medium density head leaving spider web lace on the glass. On the palate, the flavour is sweet and fruity malts up front (apricot, mango) with a bit of candy, and slight grassy notes that fall away to reveal a hint of biscuit with rathe rpleasant grapefruit and perfume undertones. To the nose, there is a mild malt aroma that aceentuates the robust bouquet derived from the hops.
