Dry Mead - Honey Wine
Using honey sourced from our own honeybee hives, we use a traditional Polish Mead recipe that has been passed down through generations of our family. Even though this Mead is made from our raw honey, it surprises with its dryness. It has subtle notes of honey with bold hints of citrus pith, vanilla and cantaloupe. Our Dry Mead is fresh with a lingering sweet finish. It pairs well with seafood, cheeses and can be used between meals as a palate cleanser. Serve chilled.
