Dual Light LED Solar Lamp Pole
This innovation is a cold climate vertical solar lamp pole capable of providing year-round all-weather power and illumination in remote and underserved areas where trenching and cabling costs are restricted, the grid is unreliable, or time is of the essence.
The combined 375W solar panels charge a 24VDC, 250AH AGM battery, which powers a pure sine inverter with 24VDC to 120VAC GFI output protection. This inverter supplies power to approximately 110m (360’) of AC-driven warm white LED rope lights, controlled via a Bluetooth-enabled dimmer.
Cloud connectivity is provided by a 4G cellular modem, allowing remote control of dimming levels and evening on-time schedules to match seasonal usage patterns. Alternative configurations include a 25.6V, 100AH heated LiFePO4 battery for cold climates and a Bluetooth-enabled advanced scheduling controller for automatic seasonal lighting adjustments.
