Dukka Spice Blend
An Egyptian condiment for the gods.
Toast:
1 Tbsp Sunflower seed,
1/4 c. Hazelnuts or Walnuts
1 Tbsp of Almonds. Roughly grind and add to 1/2 c. Dukka Spce Blend. Mix well and store in an air-tight container. Use liberally on vegetables, salads, breads and yogurt dishes.
