Electrocoating & Powder Coating
E-coating & Powder coating that has an 8-stage self-contained pre-wash sequenced followed by a 25,000 gallon E-coat tank that is capable of handling exceptionally large parts. The large tank allows for a rapid line speeds of 8 feet per minute. Also, the in-line powder coating stations allow coating immediately after E-coat bake thereby eliminating extra handling and processing time.
