A sipping gin. Our Artisanal Gin is complex in flavour made from 12 botanicals. A 3 dimensional spirit that starts with gentle citrus (orange and lime) on the palate, with warm cardamom, cinnamon and a juniper finish. Aroma: Juniper, cubeb berry. Palate: Floral, spice. Finish: Citrus. smooth and warm. This spirit is made from non-GMO wheat grain for an ultra smooth texture and crisp clean finish. Mix with equal parts tonic water to explore all the flavours of this contemporary gin. If diluted to much the delicate tasting notes will be lost.
