A powerful balance of energizing and calming properties, our oak aged Ginger Kombucha will soothe your belly and warm your soul.
Our authentic kombucha is first fermented in oak wine barrels repurposed from an Ontario winery. We combine organic oolong tea, organic fairtrade cane sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) we have nurtured for many years. It is then moved into a secondary fermentation where we add fresh organic ginger, that is pressed in our shop. We do NOT force carbonate and there are no additives or preservatives. A final fermentation in the bottle creates natural carbonation, preserves the health benefits of fermentation and makes every batch of Collingwood Kombucha wildly unique.
