Fermented Chili Pepper Paste based Marinade
Medium Spicy
Simply add flavourful spiciness to any type of food. Best for pork, chicken, tofu, fish, shrimp, etc. You can use it as a dipping sauce, too.
Suggested to apply 1 (sauce) : 4 (meat) ratio by weight if it's the first time and to adjust to suit your needs afterwards. Marinate 0.5-1.5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator depending on the meat thickness.
