Gochujang paste is like a Korean version of ketchup as a staple sauce. It has a deep umami flavour (from the fermentation) with a bit of heat and a little bit of sweet touch. Its popularity is on the rise to become the next generation of sriracha. Furthermore, our gochujang doesn't have refined sugar and is wheat-free.
