
Grass Fed Organic Cream Cheese ( Kajmak)
Traditionally made cream cheese (Kajmakâ) made by culturing beta carotene rich Jersey cow cream and then straining the cultured cream in cheesecloth sacks. Jersey milk is 20% higher in calcium and richer in micronutrients; minerals and vitamins. Jersey cows produce A2 protein milk which some find easier to digest. We do not homogenize our cream as several studies have claimed that non-homogenized milk does not contribute to arteriosclerosis.
