Grilled Chicken & Rib Rub
This zesty blend will liven up your chicken or ribs and bring out a medly of flavours. Use as a dry rub or add1 tbsp. each of brown sugar and rub, 1 tsp of sea salt. Mix in 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of Grilled Chicken & Rib Rub and brush on just before grilling.
