Made in Ontario in our certified gluten-free facility, Grindstone Blends The Mix is wheat free, dairy free, nut free, soy free and vegan. Easy to prepare and versatile enough for the whole family, from little ones to active adults and seniors. With approximately 22 to 24 grams of protein depending on the flavour, it is an easy way to add more plant-based protein to your day.
