JERK RUB

A blend of every Jamaican herb and spice needed to give that authentic Jamaican jerk flavor to your chicken, seafood and pork. The perfect blend of spices all in one packet.

This delicious ready to use rub adds a Jamaican kick to chicken, lamb, pork, fish and vegetable dishes. Simply rub a small amount to cover your meat or fish, for best results marinate overnight to absorb the sweet spicy flavor and then cook until done on your barbecue or in your oven. Instructions: Rub and cover meat ( chicken, fish or pork) with seasoning. Add up to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well. Select desired 1 spicy mama sauce honey jerk sauce, pineapple bbq sauce or original bbq sauce. Add up to 2 tablespoons of the selected sauce mix well. Let meat marinate for at least 2 hours. Bake or bbq meat until cooked. Serve and enjoy.
