World Star Tech’s Laser Beam Profiler provides detailed, real-time visualization and analysis of laser beam shape and optical performance. Designed for repeatable, reliable, and straightforward data acquisition, it is well suited for manufacturing, assembly, servicing, optical system development, and laboratory applications.

A windowless 1.3-megapixel, 1/2" sensor captures detailed laser beam profiles without the fringing effects associated with standard image sensors. With a 5.2 µm pixel size, the system enables visualization of fine beam features at a microscopic scale.

The Windows software provides real-time beam visualization, precision ellipse calculations, cross-sectional curve fitting, and key beam-width measurements including Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) and 1/e². An interactive 3D beam view provides a detailed spatial profile, while the beam wander tool monitors beam centroid and pointing stability over time with adjustable test durations and sampling rates.

Results can be exported in multiple image formats or compiled into detailed PDF reports for documentation and further analysis.
