Our shop offers advanced laser cutting services using both 3-axis and 5-axis technologies to meet a variety of manufacturing needs. With 3-axis laser cutting, we efficiently produce complex flat parts without the need for tooling or fixture costs. Using customer-supplied CAD files or drawings, we can cut steel up to 15mm thick and aluminum up to 6mm thick, accommodating part or sheet sizes up to 5ft x 10ft. Our state-of-the-art 6kW fiber laser cutter operates at high speeds, allowing us to rival the cost efficiency of tooling while delivering superior quality, especially when using high-pressure nitrogen for cutting aluminum and stainless steel. For more complex requirements, our 5-axis laser cutting machine excels in precisely cutting edges and holes on various materials in multiple dimensions, handling steel up to 6mm thick and aluminum up to 3mm. By utilizing CNC-cut holding fixtures, we ensure precise repeatability at a fraction of the cost of traditional trim tooling, making it a cost-effective solution for prototypes and low-volume production.
