Lime Hibiscus Kombucha
Antioxidant-rich hibiscus and zesty limes are infused into our traditional kombucha to create a refreshingly tart and energizing treat.
Our authentic kombucha is first fermented in oak wine barrels repurposed from an Ontario winery. We combine organic oolong tea, organic fairtrade cane sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) we have nurtured for many years. It is then moved into a secondary fermentation where we add freshly pressed organic limes and organic hibiscus flowers. We do NOT force carbonate and there are no additives or preservatives. A final fermentation in the bottle creates natural carbonation, preserves the health benefits of fermentation and makes every batch of Collingwood Kombucha wildly unique.
