It’s a few kinds of cray-cray—a smoky seafood-forward hot sauce with real crayfish—this sauce is not-too-spicy and heavily inspired by Nigerian stew. Mai is the co-founder of Beko Foods Inc. and mastermind behind the range of Beko Sauce flavours. Her English-Vietnamese heritage forged a natural fascination in the geographical and cultural differences of global cuisines. Growing up in a Vietnamese family restaurant gave her a strong sense of hard work and community, whilst contributing to her love of food and flavour.
