Mama Truddie's Hot Sauce

Sweet first, then a gentle, garlicky warmth. Peach brings the sweetness, garlic adds savoury depth, and a touch of scotch bonnet brings the heat, all blended into our Nigerian-style tomato base. Mild enough for anyone who doesn't usually reach for hot sauce.

Our fan favourite and the mildest of our three sauces. Brush it on grilled chicken, spread it on sandwiches and roti, or serve it with charcuterie and halloumi. It even works on peach cobbler.

Named for Mama Truddie, the founder's mother, whose warmth and love of good food inspired this sauce.
