Maple Chili Mustard

This mustard will overwhelm you with a sweet maple flavour when you first taste it, and then the chili kicks in at the finish. Try it, you’ll like it! As always we use maple syrup sourced locally from Ormbee’s in Battersea, Ontario, and in this mustard, we used lots of maple syrup.
