A blend of five varietals that grow remarkably well in Ontario, the aromatics showcase notes of black cherry and currant, with subtleties of sweet tobacco, candied plum, mint and black pepper. The palate mirrors the nose, but with a distinct shift towards ripened cherry, candied liquorice and cooked blackberries. Cabernet Franc (34%), Baco Noir (28%), Merlot (15%), Pinot Noir (12%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (11%). 12.5% alc./vol. 11g/L of sugar.
