Firm cheese, natural mild buttery flavour with a hint of Moonshine. Pairs well with any drinks. Aged 3-5 months.
Moonshine is very creamy and is soaked in Moonshine Whisky from Junction 56 Distillery. It tastes great on a cheese platter or as a snack. This cheese also melts very well, making it a special treat for raclette or grilled cheese sandwiches.
