Moroccan cuisine is known for lamb however this aromatic spice blend is also wonderful on chicken, pork and steak. Add 1 Tbsp. Moroccan spice with ¼ c. citrus juice or wine & ½ c. olive oil. Marinade meat in refrigerator for 2 hrs before cooking.
