Mushroom Keeper
The Mushroom Keeper is made of a porous clay that absorbs moisture from the mushrooms in the early part of storage so that the mushrooms will not begin to decay and become slimy. Later the Mushroom keeper returns the moisture to the mushroom to prevent dehydration.
