Overview: Sourced from the UCA San Juan co-operative union in the Madriz highlands of Nicaragua, this Fairtrade and Organic coffee represents a legacy of farmer-led independence. By managing their own drying mill and direct exports, UCA San Juan ensures higher returns and sustainable growth for its 430 smallholder members.

Process: Washed
Origin Details: Grown in the San Juan del Río Coco region. The co-operative reinvests in its future by utilizing premiums to fund local pre-schools, provide student uniforms, and train the next generation of farmers in sustainable agricultural techniques.
