The story of our Organic Ontario Black Garlic Powder

Not all black garlic powder is the same. We use hard-neck Music garlic from an Ontario regenerative farm, and we let it age for 40 days in a proper garlic ager with controlled heat and humidity — not a rice cooker on the counter.

Every batch is sent to the lab to make sure it’s safe and clean. The longer it ages, the richer it gets in antioxidants and the stronger it is at fighting inflammation.

We brought our black garlic powder in capsules with us on our Kilimanjaro trek last July 2025— it kept our energy steady, supported our immunity, and helped our bodies recover from the long climbs.
