ACRO Manufacturing Industries Ltd. has teamed up with Jonathon Anderson, Director of the Creative Technology Lab at FCAD and an Associate Professor of Interior Design at Ryerson University. Together we are manufacturing face shields for Health Care Workers in Canada.



The ACRO Face Shield was developed on a collaborative basis to keep Canadian healthcare workers safe and as a response to the increasing demand for a made-in-Canada solution to global shortages of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).



MADE IN CANADA

The ACRO Face Shield is 100% designed and manufactured in Canada. ACRO proudly sources material globally to ensure a consistent quality and supply of the necessary raw materials.



APPROVED FOR HOSPITALS

Our engineering team worked with local Hospital PPE Committees, Doctors and Nurses to create a user-friendly design that has been approved by Health Canada for operation in hospitals. MDEL 12370 (Company ID 153544)



REUSABLE & RECYCLABLE

The ACRO Face Shield is made from polyethylene terephthalate glycol, commonly known as PETG or PET-G. It is a thermoplastic polyester and is 100% Recyclable and Reusable. The ACRO Face Shield can be disinfected, sanitized, and reused making it a cost-effective solution.



TESTED DESIGN

The ACRO Face Shield is a clear plastic shield that protects frontline workers from exposure to COVID-19 droplets by providing coverage from ear-to-ear and hairline to neck. The Head Strap is made from White FDA Approved Silicone.
