We design and fabricate: conveyors, handling systems, hoppers, bins, change part carts, assembly tables, reject stations, with items too numerous to list. Food manufacturers represent 80% of our customers. We 'speak their language' when it comes to processes and automation. We build in stainless steel and powder coated carbon steel.

We are a SolidWorks certified user with two workstations equipped with SolidWorks Premium. We design equipment and systems up to 10,000 parts exclusive of fasteners. We design equipment with product cycling of up to 300 parts per minute although most of our applications are in the range of 30 to 100 parts per minute. Our solutions concentrate on reciprocating motion. We do not involve ourselves in solutions with continuous mechanical motion. Our in-house fabrication capabilities consist of milling, turning, welding in TIG and MIG, saw cutting and full assembly. We out source waterjet and laser cutting, shearing and braking to Ontario vendors.
