Palatine Hills Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine

Our very limited Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine exhibits a unique style with both aroma and taste offering hints of Santa Rosa black plums and ripe red currants. We bottled this elegant Icewine early to preserve the natural fruity characters of this varietal. Magnificent by itself, it can also accompany creamy desserts, custards, souffles, fruit desserts and pound cake.

Produced in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario
