Palatine Hills Savage Brut Sparkling Wine
Crafted according to “methode traditionelle”, this classic sparkling wine from selected Chardonnay grapes was fermented with traditional “prise de Mousse” yeast and then rested quietly for over ten years in the cool shadows of our cellar. Elegant in style, rich in bouquet, complex in flavour, truly a savage Brut waiting to be tamed. Serve as an apperitif, or with a wide variety of dishes including sushi, charcuterie or even fried chicken and kettle chips. Anything goes with this ‘Savage’!
