Palatine Hills Wild & Free Cabernet Sauvignon Wine
The third (of four) premier reds from our new Wild & Free (Reserve) Series. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in barrel for 14 months. Only the barrels that were deemed outstanding and expressed what it means to be “Wild & Free” were selected to make the cut for the 220 case allotment. This wine showcases a perfect balance between fruit and tannin that allows it to pair exceptionally well with steak and other red meat dishes.
