Panch Phoran
Our aromatic blend Panch Phoron, also known as Bengali 5 Spice, is made in the traditional way. It works wonderfully to flavor lentils, vegetable stir-fries, pickles and at times, even with meat. Heat panch phoran in oil until popping before adding your ingredients. Great in cauliflower curry and Jeera, Indian style rice.
